Definitions in these Conditions
The ‘Company” shall mean Learn Italian for Fashion.
The ‘Client’ shall mean the person or company in whose name the booking is made.
The ‘Delegate’ shall mean the person who is participating in the course.
In-company Language Training Courses
A minimum of 10 hours for 1:1 tuitions is required, with 1 – 2 hours per week
A minimum of 20 hours for group tuitions is required, with 2 – 4 hours per week.
Maximum number of students
For quality reasons the maximum number of students for group tuitions is 12.
Materials
Course books are not included in the fee. The Client should purchase all recommended text books immediately after the first session of the course, after completion of a questionnaire. Photocopies of any other required learning materials will be made at the Client’s premises.
Cancelling or Rescheduling Lessons
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice (by email, text or phone call) is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson, failing which full fees will be charged.
Payment
Payment is requested via wire transfer. After receiving an order via email by the Client, the Company will invoice the Client accordingly.
No contract shall be deemed to have been made between the Company and the Client until the invoice is fully paid. Confirmation of received payment will be sent to the Client via email. Hours purchased are valid for 6 months only.
Cancellation and Refunds
In the event that the Client wishes to cancel their course they must notify it immediately via email: mt@learnitalianforfashion.com
With cancellations made up to 7 days before the course start date the Client is eligible for a full refund minus £60 administration fee or the course can be postponed to a later start date within three months with no administration fee deduction applied. A course cannot be postponed, as above, more than once.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are not refundable. The course can, however, be postponed to a later start date within a three months period but not, as above, more than once.
In the event that the Company is unable to run a course, the client will be entitled to a full refund.
